With a goal to modernize its organization, Natixis’ Risk department wanted to optimize the process of validating reports and to digitalize it.

Challenge

The different elements that make up the reporting are sent in EXCEL format, with different formatting and the risk of human error is very high.

Solution

Hestia is a platform created in order to simplify the process of retrieving data from different services. The data collected in the paper report was digitised via a questionnaire, with safeguards and human verification.

Once all the feedback has been collected, the reporting is transformed into a dashboard, allowing for comparison, projections and (passive) suggestions.
